You can assign a job to the right person by evaluating their skills. This allows you to identify a worker's specific abilities that match the job requirements.


First, you need to create a list of all available skills.


Adding skills


The skills page is only available for users with administrator rights.



To add skills, open the Settings → Skills page.



Click the Add skill buttonA new field will appear. Enter the name of the skill there.



Add the skills that you need and click Save. You can edit the skills list at any time: you can change the positions of the skills, delete unused skills, and add new ones.


When deleting a skill that is used somewhere, you will see which workers and templates are using this skill.
