When completing a job, the worker fills out a report. Open the job from the and start it; the Report tab will open.
The report may include the following fields:
Photo
You can add up to 10 photos to each field.
To add a photo, tap the field. The app will open the camera. Take a photo; a preview will appear in the lower left corner of the screen.

Tap the capture button again to add another photo. To view the photo, tap its thumbnail. To delete a photo, tap the delete button while viewing or tap the X next to the thumbnail. When you have added all the needed photos, tap Done.
Deleting a photo
To view photos after adding them to a field, tap their thumbnail. To add more photos to the same field, tap the + icon in the photo field.
Make sure your smartphone can upload photos to the server. Uploading requires a stable and high-quality internet connection (3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi). Photos will not be uploaded with a slow connection and will remain on your device until you connect to a faster network. Once connected to a fast network, the photos will be uploaded from your device to the server, and the dispatcher will see them in the web application.
Text
Tap the text icon; an input field and keyboard will open. Enter the text and tap Save.

To edit, tap the text again. If the text does not fit in the viewing field, tap the field to see the full text. Text remains available to view, even in completed jobs.
Yes/No
The field can be in two states: Yes or No. Tap the field to change from "No" to "Yes." Tap again to switch to "No."

Pick list value
To use the Pick list value field, the dispatcher must add a pick list in advance. During the job, the worker chooses one of the available options from the pick list. Tap the icon; a window with the options will open. Select one and tap Save. To change the value, tap the field again.

Action
To confirm the completion of an action, tap the icon. The checkmark will turn green. To remove confirmation, press and hold the button for a few seconds.

The Action field is always required; it must be completed to successfully finish the job.
QR code or barcode
Tap the icon to open the phone’s camera. Point it at the QR code to scan. The value saved in the QR code will be entered as text in the field. To edit, tap the field again.

Number and integer number
The Number and Integer number fields can be filled out only with numeric values. Number can contain decimals; Integer number must be whole numbers.
To complete the field, tap it. A numeric keypad will open; enter the value and tap confirm. The field will display the value entered. To edit, tap the field again.
Adding numbers
Date, date and time
The Date and Date and time fields specify a date or a date with time. To complete the field, tap it. A date picker will open. Select the desired date and tap Save. To change it, tap the field again. To clear the field, open it and tap Delete.

Money
The Money field allows you to enter an amount in the currency configured for your Planado domain. Depending on the field settings in the job template, it may allow cents or only whole amounts.
To fill out the field, tap it and enter the value. When you leave the field, it shows the amount in the selected currency. To edit the amount, tap the field again.

Signature
The Signature field is used for signing documents. Tap the field to start. The document opens; review it and tap Sign. In the window that opens, draw your signature and tap Save. To re-sign, open the field again and tap Resign. More details about document signatures can be found in the instructions.

File
You can upload files up to 25MB in each File field. You can upload up to 10 files per field. To upload, tap the field a file manager will open. Select the file. The file will appear in the field. To change it, tap the X next to the file icon.

The button lets you send requests to the server and receive a reply. This can update information in the job or its fields. More about the button is described in the API documentation.

Fields in the job report may be required or optional.
