The Reports page provides detailed statistics on your jobs and workers, allowing you to analyze task volumes, both completed and planned, identify failure reasons, and assess worker efficiency

To access the Reports page, a user needs specific permissions or administrator rights.

The reports are presented by job and by workers. We will look into both options.

The Jobs tab

The Reports page opens to the Jobs tab by default, displaying diagrams of your Planado activity from the past month.

Default Reports page view

The Jobs tab has diagrams for:

  • Job status;
  • Job type;
  • Job resolution;
  • Job template;
  • Job territory;
  • Job assignee;
  • Job en route duration;
  • Job work duration.

To adjust the report period, simply click the date at the top of the page. This will bring up the calendar menu for selection.

Selecting a period in the calendar

In the calendar menu, choose a predefined period like the current week, last week, or the last four weeks, or manually set a custom timeframe.

Use arrows near the dates to switch the period to the next or the previous one.

Switching the time period

To display the previous period alongside the current one, simply select the "Show previous period" checkbox. This allows you to easily compare the current period with the previous one.

Show previous period

You can also use filters by job status, assignee, template, resolution, job type, and territory. This way you can get more specific information about your jobs.

Added filters

The workers tab

The Workers tab displays information about jobs by their assignees.

The Workers tab

You can choose a time period and apply template filters, similar to how it's done on the Jobs tab.

Two tables are presented: one showing completed jobs by each worker for every day of the week, and the other illustrating the distribution of work hours for the workers.

The jobs table displays the number of tasks completed by each worker during the selected time period, organized by weekdays.

Completed jobs by weekdays

This helps you understand which worker has completed the most jobs for the set period and which weekdays are the busiest for your workers.

The work distribution table shows the average job completion time and average en route duration.

Jobs average completion and en route time

It allows you to identify which workers complete tasks at a slower pace and who handles them more efficiently.
